Erika Minkowsky, a certified doula, chef and herbalist who apprenticed with top sustainability-oriented chefs as well as renowned healers in the Jewish and Mexican folk traditions and indigenous medicine teachers in Latin America, has committed her life to the healing and empowerment of mothers and families. She also has 10+ years' experience as a labor organizer.
